Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Soy Flour- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon-1 tbsp Splenda- Egg
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a coffee cup. Cook in microwave for 1 min on high. Remove and dump out of cup. If it looks moist, let it sit for a minute.

You can add fruit, cocoa or any other ingredients you wish. I add 1/3 of a banana mashed up really well. I also cook for 10 seconds extra when I add the banana.
