2 MISSION TORTILLAS(.25C) NO SALT TOMATO SAUCE 8OZ CAN.5C SHREDDED CHESSE4OZ. GROUND TURKEY MEAT 85/15
FIRST YOU START BY COOKING THE GROUND TURKEY TILL IT'S COOKED THOROUGHLY. HEAT UP YOUR TOMATO SAUCE, I USUALLY HEAT UP A CAN OR TWO FOR EXTRA. ADD CHILI POWDER (OR SEASON SALT), GARLIC POWDER, AND 1/5 CAN OF WATER. YOU CAN ADD AS LITTLE OR AS MUCH SEASONING IF NEEDED SOME LIKE SPICY SOME LIKE MILD THEN SOME DON'T LIKE ANY. TURN YOUR OVEN ON TO 350 WHILE GETTING YOUR ENCHILADAS ROLLED. ONCE MEAT AND SAUCE ARE DONE, PLACE A GOOD SIZE SPOONE FULL OF SAUCE OR SO ON THE BOTTOM OF BAKING PAN OF CHOICE AND COAT THE BOTTOM. PLACE ONE TORTILLA ON BOTTOM OF PAN AND ADD YOUR MEAT, CHEESE, AND ANY VEGGIES YOU WANT ON THE TOP OF THE TORTILLA. NOW ROLL THE TORTILLA WITH EVERYTHING IN IT TILL YOU ARE DONE ROLLING IT. MAKE ABOUT 4-15 ENCHILADAS DEPEND ON PAN SIZE. IF ANY LEFT OVER MEAT CHEESE OR SAUCE ETC, TAKE THEM AND PLACE A SMALL TO GOOD AMOUNT ON TOP OF ENCHILADAS TO GIVE A BIT MORE EXTRA. PLACE IN OVEN FOR ABOUT 10-15 MIN. ENJOY
