Tuna Salad, Lemon French Dressing

Ingredients
1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash Seasoning blend of choice2 tsp Olive Oil1 tsp Dijon Mustard1.5 tsp Red Wine Vinegar1 TBS Lemon Juice1.5 tsp water2 Medium tomatoes, chopped6 ounces drained, canned Tuna [in Water]8 romaine leaves torn in small pieces.1 stalk of celery diced1 TBS chopped scallions [or onion]
Directions
Mix Dressing in bottom of large serving bowl.
Combine Oil & Mustard and whip until Creamy; add Lemon Juice, Vinegar, Water, Mrs. Dash & stir well.

Add torn Lettuce, Tomatoes, Tuna, celery & scallions. Stir to combine. Sprinkle with Parsley.
