Ingredients
1- 4 Serving package Sugar Free Pistachio pudding mix1 20 ounce can of Crushed Pineapple8 Ounce tub of Fat Free Cool Whip
Directions
Combine pineapple and pudding mix in bowl. Mix well. Stir in cool Whip until completly blended.

Refigerate until set.

Optional - garnish with chopped nuts.

Makes 8 1/2 cup servings

    I made it today with 8 oz. pineapple tidbits instead of crushed - just prefer that. Very good! I used 1/2 milk instead of pineapple juice for a bit more protein - keeps it thick as well. - 6/5/11
