Strawberry sunrise smoothie
- Minutes to Prepare:
- Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients
Directions
1 small container low-fat vanilla or strawberry yogurt1 cup strawberries, halved1 cup 1% milk3-4 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Makes approximately two 1.5 cup servings.
If you like your smoothies a bit sweeter, add a tbsp. of sugar substitute to keep it low-cal. You could also add a tbsp. of vanilla extract if using strawberry or plain yogurt. I recommend using fresh, in-season strawberries which are sweetest and the best tasting in this recipe.
