breakfast pie

Ingredients
2 tlbs peanut butter1 cup bran flakes2 cups cold 2% milk1 package fat free instant chocolate pudding2 scoops for protien powder
Directions
microwave peanut butter until melted and soft
add bran flakes
form into a pie shell...(crust)

Add all other ingredients....mix on high speed until thick.

Pour into pie shell of Bran and Peanut Butter.

Chill.

    Really good as a dessert when you might have a craving or when you need to drink alot of water because it makes you super thirsty with the peanut butter. Adding the protein was a great idea, my husband loved it. - 8/14/09
