10 Grain Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Pancake & Waffle Mix1 cup skim milk1 egg1 Tbsp walnut oil1 cup blueberriesBeat egg with milk and oil until blended. Stir in pancake mix just until wet. Add blueberries, stirring gently.
Directions
Spray a nonstick griddle lightly with oil spray (Pam). Pour approximately 1/4 mix per pancake. Cook until bubbles, flip, cook until done. Serve as desired (with fruit, syrup, agave nectar, honey, etc.)
