1.Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, - 0.25 cup 2. red cabbage - 0.25 cup3. broccoli - 0.25 cup4. carrot - 0.25 cup5. peas - 0.25 cup6. sweet corn - 0.25 cup7. onions - 0.25 cup8. mushroom - 0.25 cup9. garlic - 1 clove10. ginger - 1.5 tsp11. green chillies - 2-3 finely chopped12. corn flour - 1 tbsp13. water - 6 3/4th cups14. salt to taste15. red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp or to taste(* all vegetables - finely chopped)
1. Cook Quinoa with 1/2 cup water - covered
2. In another skillet cook the vegetables with 6 cups of water - coverec
3. Add cooked Quinoa to the vegetables.
3. Mix 1 tbsp corn flour with 1/4 cup water and add it to the above mixture.
garnish with coriander leaves.
Serves 4 - 11/2 cups each.
