Tofu cheese Cake

Ingredients
1 lb. of very fresh tofu3/4 cup honey8 oz.. light cream cheese3 tbsp. lemon juice1 1/2 tsp. vanilladash of salt
Directions
Prepare your favourite cheesecake crumb mix, or a lightly butter pan will also work into a 8 " pan.

Mix above ingredients above in blender until smooth. Turn into crust or buttered pan. Bake at 350F for 1 hour. Chill thoroughtly. Serve plain or topped with your favouite fruit.
