Veal with Tarragon

Ingredients
4 veal cutletsLemon and herb seasoning1/2 cup chardonnay or white wine1-2 teaspoons dried Tarragon leavesPam Olive Oil Cooking spray
Directions
Sprinkle the cutlets with the lemon and herb seasonings and some freshly ground pepper.
Spray a med-hot pan with the pam.
Add the seasoned side veal to the pan and add the seasoning and pepper to the other side of the pan.
Cook the veal 2-3 min and then turn over,
Cook veal another 2-3 min and then remove and keep warm.
Add the wine to the pan and scrape on and bits that have added to the botton of the pan,
When the wine stars to boil sprinkle in the tarragon.
Add the cutlets back into the pan with the wine. Let sit for one min then turn over for another minute.
Serve one cutlet with 1 tablespoon of sauce.
