I broiled mine. Made with asparagaus & added parmesean cheese on top, with a slice of tomato. My family loved it so much they asked me to make it two nights in a row! - 10/7/09

I love making this chicken and then putting it on a Caesar salad. The lemon & garlic is a perfect flavor match to the Caesar dressing & parmesan cheese. The bottled Greek dressing also works as well. I make this at least 2X a month. I always grill an extra piece of chicken to chop up for later. - 1/19/15

I used feta like others recommended. Lastly I quickly dipped some zucchini, onions and bell peppers in the marinade and stuck them on the grill. Very tasty. - 8/14/10
