Tuna Rice Balls

Ingredients
1 cup Minute Rice, uncooked6 oz. water-packed tuna, drained.25 cup onion, chopped.5 teaspoon salt1 can condensed tomato soup1.5 cup water1 teaspoon sugar2 eggs
Directions
In a large bowl, combine rice, tuna, onion, salt & eggs. Blend soup, water & sugar in a large skillet; mix 2 tablespoons of the soup into the tuna mixture. Shape tuna/rice mixture into 1-inch balls.

Bring soup to a boil; add rice balls. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes, basting occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
