Easy Turkey Chili (1 1/2 cup)

Ingredients
1 cup onion, chopped5 garlic cloves, finely chopped1 tbsp EVOO1 lbs. Ground Turkey Breast Meat8 oz. can tomatoe sauce2 cups water1 Two Alarm Chili Seasoning Kit (discard the "mesa" packet) 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes (can use the flavored diced tomatoes such as garlic & onion or fire roasted)
Directions
Add the onion, garlic, and EVOO to a large sauce pot. Cook on medium until the onions are clear.

Add the turkey and cook until white all the way through. Stir frequently to prevent burning the onions and garlic. Drain.

Return meat/onion/garlic mixture to the pot and add the tomatoe sauce and water. Next stir in the chili seasonings kit (follow the directions on the box when added red pepper). Cover pot and simmer 30 minutes or until meat is tender.

Add the diced tomatoes and continue to simmer for an additional 30 minutes. Can add cheese or sour cream to chili when serving.
