Crab Stuffed Tilapia

1 6oz. can crabmeat-drained3 tablespoons bread crumbs¼ cup cheddar cheese (or whatever cheese you prefer)Cooking Spray2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning (or Cajun or whatever seasoning you prefer)4 3.5 oz. tilapia filletsSea salt and pepper to taste1 cup cooked brown rice4 cups salad2 tbsp. salad dressing of your choice1 cup broccoli, cooked
Mix all except for the tilapia in a bowl. This will be the stuffing. Spray the baking dish with a non-stick spray. Place filets in the pan and spread stuffing mix over each fillet and roll (place a toothpick in the middle to hold if you like). Season the fish and bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with rice, broccoli and salad.
