Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained, reserve juice1 egg1 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs2 tsp. onions, chopped1 tsp. lemon juice1/8 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. peppermilk
Directions
Flake salmon, blend in egg, salmon juice (add enough milk to make 3/4 cup liquid). Stir in cracker crumbs, lemon juice, onions and seasonings. Spoon lightly in a greased loaf pan and bake 45 minutes at 350. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
