Cheesy Tuna and Twists

8 oz. uncooked whole wheat macaroni1 tbsp. butter1 10 oz. package frozen vegetables of your choice1 clove garlic1 10 oz. can low fat or organic cream of mushroom soup¾ cup low fat milk1 ½ cups shredded part skim mozzarella1/8 tsp. pepperDash of ground nutmeg1 6 ½ oz. can tuna, drained8 cups salad greens4 tbsp. salad dressing
Cook macaroni and set aside. Meanwhile in a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and cook vegetables and garlic for about 2 min. Add soup to skillet, stir until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Add cheese, pepper and nutmeg and heat until cheese melts. Then stir in tuna and macaroni, heat through. Serve with salad.
