Cilantro-Lime Shrimp Fajitas

Ingredients
½ cup sliced onions1 cup sliced multi color peppers1 tbsp. olive oil1 clove garlic, minced1 tsp. cumin7 oz. frozen shrimp, thawed3 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro1 lime, juiced1 small whole grain tortillas1 tbsp. low fat sour cream (optional)1 tbsp. guacamole (optional)
Directions
Sauté onions and peppers in oil with garlic and cumin for a few minutes, add shrimp and cook for about 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Toss in cilantro and lime juice. Fill tortillas with mixture and top with sour cream and guacamole.
