Shrimp Fried Brown Rice

Ingredients
½ cup cooked brown rice1 tbsp. sesame oil1 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce1 clove garlic, minced1 tbsp. grated ginger1/2 cup chopped carrot8 shrimp, peeled2 cups chopped bok choy (or other stir fry vegetables)1/2 cup chopped green onion and peas
Directions
Saute first 6 ingredients for 3 min. Add shrimp, bok choy, green onion and peas and cook for 5 min. more or until shrimp turn pink.
