1 bunch buk choy1 lb shrimp1 small onion1 bell pepper1 salt and pepper to taste1 tsp soy sauce3 tsp white wine
season shrimp with salt and pepper, soy sauce and white wine
rough chop bukchoy
cut union and bell peppers into small pieces
saute, shrimp until pink in 1tsp olive oil,add onion and bell pepper then buck choy, cook for about 10min. serve immideatly.
