Korean Fired Beef

Ingredients
2 lbs. Lean beef tenderloin, eye of round or sirloinMarinade:3 Tbsp Soy Sauce½ cup rice wine4 tbsp lemon juice3 clove garlic, crushed and finely chopped2 green onion, white and pale green part only, finely minced1 Tbsp sesame oil1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds4 Walnut halves, finely chopped2 Tbsp corn syrup or brown rice syrup1 Tbsp Sugarpinch of saltpinch of freshly ground black pepperPinch of crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
Slice beef across the grain, into 1/8 inch thick pieces. In a large bowl, mix the marinade together, add the beef and combine well. Cover the beef with cling wrap and place in refrigerator for at least one hour.
Beef can be broiled in oven, cooked on hot grill or sautéed in hot skillet.
