Yogurt Camoflage

1 pkg. Jello Light (any flavor)1 cup Plain Yogurt (fat-free, no added sugar)1 cup water (boiled)Fruit pieces or berries (optional)
In a medium size mixing bowl, add Jello powder. Add 1 cup of boiling water and stir until powder is dissolved. Add 1 cup (250 g.) of plain yogurt to the jello and stir unti yogurt is blended completely with the Jello. Separte mixture into four glasses or bowls and refrigerate until set. Decorate with fruit pieces or berries (optional)
Makes 4 servings of 1/2 cup
Varations: Berries or fruit can be added to the mixture before refrigerating. By changing the flavor of the Jello (and the fruit or berries) the varations are endless.
