milk 1 cupbutter 4 tbsppepper 1 tspnutmeg .25 tspflour 3/4 cupeggs 4parmesean 4 oz
Mix the milk, butter, pepper and nutmeg in a pan over medium heat stirring frequently until the butter is melted and the mixture comes to a boil. In a mixing stand, pour the mixture and dump the all the flour in at once. Mix together. Add room temperature eggs one at a time. Next add parmesean cheese.
Pour the mixture into a sprayed souffle dish and cook at 375 for 50 minutes. Serve with a fresh salad.
