Vegan Fat-Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup oats (toasted)2/3 cup whole wheat flour2 tbsp. flaxseed meal1/3-1/2 cup raisins1/3 cup pure maple syrup1/2 cup milk or water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toast oats in oven until lightly browned. While oats are toasting, mix all ingredients together in order. Once the oats are done toasting, mix in oats. Spoon onto cookie sheet by tablespoons and flatten with the back of a fork. Bake for about 15 minutes or until edges turn brown. Check often.
