Baked Pasta with Scallops

Ingredients
6 ounces uncooked whole wheat ziti1 Tbsp olive oil1/4 tsp Kosher salt1/4 tsp pepper12 ounces sea scallops1 Tbsp garlic, minced1 (26 oz) jar prepared marinara sauce1 jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped1 Tbsp dried oregano1/4 cup light cream cheese3/4 cup 2% milk mozzarella cheese or provolone
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Cook pasta according to package directions, rinse, and drain. Heat the olive oil in the same pot as the pasta. Add garlic and saute 30 seconds. Add the scallops, salt, and pepper to the pan and cook an additional 2 minutes. Add the prepared marinara, artichokes, cooked pasta, and oregano to scallop mixture, tossing well to combine. Spray a 2.5 quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Spoon half the pasta mixture into the pan. Drop the cream cheese by teaspoonfuls on top of the pasta and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the mozzarella. Spoon the remaining pasta mixture on top and sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup of cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
