Pork chops, sauerkraut and apples

Ingredients
2 pork chops1 15 oz can sauerkraut1 large Granny Smith apple3 cloves garlic, minced2 t. Splenda brown sugar, packed2 t. caraway seeds1/4 c. white wine
Directions
Makes 2 servings (increase as needed)

Brown pork chops in skillet sprayed with Pam, with garlic. Add rest of ingredients, cover and cook 30 min. until tender.
