Baked Sea Scallops

Ingredients
12 oz sea scallops4 oz melted butter1 oz sherry1 cup bread crumbssalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 4 large servings

Slice scallops in half and place in a buttered casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper. Combine butter, sherry, and crumbs and pour over scallops. Bake at 350 for 10-15 mins.
