*Flour, white, 1 cup *Quaker Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 1 cup * Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed * Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp * Salt, .5 tsp * Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp * Raisins, .5 cup (not packed) * Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt, either vanilla or strawberry, 1 cup * Egg, fresh, 1 large * *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Lightly grease muffin tins or use liners.
In a bowl, stir together flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and raisins.
In another bowl, whish together yogurt, egg, and oil.
Stir the yogurt mixture into the flour mixture until just combined.
Divide into 10 muffin tins and bake on middle oven rack for 22-25 minutes.
Makes 10 muffins, 1 serving each
