2 tbsp olive oil2 cloves garlicred pepper to taste (optional)6 boneless chicken breasts2 cups marinara sauce1/4 cup chopped basil8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded4 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated1 (5 oz) package garlic croutons, crushed
In a 9x13 casserole dish add olive oil, garlic and red pepper (optional).
Place chicken on top and cover with sauce and basil. Add half the cheese and top with crushed croutons. Add remaining cheese.
Place in oven preheated to 350F and bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and golden.
Makes about 12 servings with 3 oz of chicken.

Absolutely awesome. EVERYONE loved this. I made it exactly as written except added more of each ingredient because my family is large. We will definitely be making this often.
