Mock Chicken low mein

Ingredients
1.5lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast cut into larger than bite size chunks 2 tbsp Peanut Oil, 1Lrg Sweet Red Peppers 1Lrg Carrot cut into 3 then into thin strips2Lrg Celery stalks sliced 1Lrg Onions chopped into chunksGarlic, 3 cloves minced1/4 c Sunflower Seeds, with salt added2c Savoy Cabbage shredded(remove)6 tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce,12oz Healthy Harvest Multigrain Spaghetti 2 tsp Hot Pepper flakes
Directions
Put water on to boil. Spray large frying pan with cooking spray. Brown chicken and remove. Add oil peppers carrots celery onions and half the garlic. Cook until veggies are "just tender". Place chicken back in pan and add soy sauce, cabbage, hot pepper flakes and sunflower seeds. When the water boils add the pasta and cook until done. Just before pasta is done scoop about 1/2c pasta water and pour into chicken & veggies. Drain pasta and add it to pan. Let cook together about 2mins. Serve and enjoy! Makes about 6 -1 1/2C servings
