Mouth Watering Healthy Rice Krispie Treats

1.5 Tbsp creamy natural peanut butter2 tsp ground cinnamon2 tsp pure vanilla extract1 (10oz pkg) marshmallows6 c rice krispies
Coat a large pot or dutch oven thoroughly with cooking spray. Heat peanut butter, vanilla, and cinnamon in the pot over medium heat. Add marshmallows and stir until marshmallows melt and make a smooth cream, continue using cooking spray as needed. When melted, remove from heat and add the rice krispies until well combined. Pour rice krispie mix into a 9X9 pan coated in cooking spray. Press firmly until all space is take up in pan and even on top. Let cool completely. Cut into 15 bars.

This was very easy and delicious. I replaced the rice krispies with pufffed red wheat, and it wasnt as good. Definately use the krispies next time. Also, I think I would use a little more peanut butter and less cinnamon. I tried Chunky peanut butter which was excellent!
