Deliciously Cheap Energy Bars

1 c. whole wheat flour2 cups rolled whole oats1/2 c. oat bran1/2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1/2 c. shredded coconut1 c. lightly salted nuts, chopped1/2 c. dried fruitWet ingredients: 2/3 c. peanut butter1/2 c. milk2 eggs1/2 c. honey1/2 c. brown sugar
Makes 24 bars.
Mix all dry ingredients together. Blend wet ingredients in mixer until combined. Stir in dry ingredients. Mixture will be really sticky.
Line a 9x13 pan with plastic wrap and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Spread mixture evenly in pan. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
Remove from pan (and plastic) cut into bars. Bake on a cookie sheet for 30 minutes at 300 degrees or until firm to touch.
