Bumble Bee Chunk Tuna in Water 2 small cansegg white, fresh, 1 largeGarlic, 1 tspScallions, raw, 1 largeSouth Beach Whole Wheat Cracker packBrie Cheese, 1 oz
Drain the salmon and mix with the egg white, and mashed crackers (or can use a palm-full of breadcrumbs) add salt, pepper, garlic, and seasoning (lemon zest and parsley are great) and either grill or broil for a few minutes on each side .... top with small slice of cheese and stuff into mini pitas!
