American Chop Suey

Ingredients
20 oz. extra lean ground turkey 1 tbsp olive oil3 carrots1 medium onion1 cup defrosted french green beans1 defrosted peas2 tbsp low sodium tamari1 tsp to 11/2 tsp Chinese Five Spice Powder
Directions
Spray a saute pan with non-stick spray. Brown ground turkey over medium-high heat. Thinly slice onion and carrots. Move meat to one side of pan. Put olive oil in pan. Add vegetables and saute until onions and carrots are cooked but still crunchy. Add soy sauce and Chinese Five Spice powder. Stir and heat through.
