Roast Pork with Rosemary

Ingredients
2 lb pork loin roast1 tsp mortons lite salt1 tsp black pepper3 Tbsp dried rosemary leaves, crushed3 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions
rub all ingredients over the roast.
Roast uncovered in a 325 oven until internal temp is 160 F about 30 min per pound.
