Ingredients
5 C granny smith chopped1/2 c sugar1 1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 c flour1/2 c quick oatmeal1/4 c unsalted butter1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F
In a bowl mix apples, half of the sugar, and the cinnamon.

In food processor, process the flour, oats, remaining sugar, butter, and vanilla pulsing just to blend. You want it lumpy and bumpy.

Put 1/2 cup topping in with apples and toss to coat

Fill baking dish with apples and top with remaining crumb mixture.

Bake for 35 minutes or until brown

Serve in bowls with vanilla yogurt on top or some ice cold milk.
