Banana Bread

Ingredients
Butter, unsalted, 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar, 1 cupEgg, fresh, 2 medium Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Flour, white, 1.25 cup Baking Soda, 0.25 tspSalt, 0.25 tsp Banana, fresh, 3 medium
Directions
1. preheat oven to 325
2. melt butter
3. mix butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract
4. mix flour, baking soda, and salt
5. add two mixes together and add 3 mashed bananas
6. put in lightly greased bread pan
7. bake for 60-70 mins
8. let cool, then cut into 10 slices, and half each slice for a serving

enjoy!

add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips or oats if you want
