Savory salmon spread

Ingredients
3 oz canned salmon20 grams farmers cheese1 Tablespoon sherry bbq sauce (or other tangy-sweet bbq sauce)1 teaspoon fresh horseradish1 teaspoon dry onion flakes1 Tablespoon capers1/4 teaspoon garlic powderBlack pepper to taste
Directions
Makes two servings for two open faced sandwiches of about 1/4 cup each. (More if used as a cracker spread, but nutrition info calculated on 2 servings)

1. Mix all ingredients and let sit for half an hour or so in fridge to blend the flavors.

Use as a spread on crackers or slices of cucumbers, as a salad topping or spread over a piece of toast and melt a little lite swiss or provolone cheese with a slice of tomato under the broiler on your toaster oven and enjoy.
