Shrimp & Pepper Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 lbs. large shrimp (41-50 ct), peeled and deveined1 med green bell pepper, choppped or strips1 med red bell pepper, chopped or strips1 large onion, diced5 cloves garlic, minced2T Extra Virgin Olive Oil2T buttersalt & pepperDee's house seasoning (recipe follows)
Directions
In large skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Add peppers and onion. Season with a little salt & pepper. Saute on medium heat until onions are translucent; about 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, add a small amount of house seasoning to shrimp and toss to coat. Add garlic and shrimp to pan and cook another 3-4 minutes; until shrimp starts to turn pink, stirring frequently.
