1/2 cup milk1/2 cup Juicy Juice Mango4 oz activa peach yogurtsprinkle of fresh grated nutmeg1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal1 cup or more ice1 med fresh or frozen banana 10 frozen strawberries
Directions
Place in smoothie maker or blender and blend 2 minutes. Serves 2
