breakfast quiche

Ingredients
5 large eggs3 ounces ground sausage, cooked,crumbled and drained1/2 package of (10 ounce) frozen brocolli (can use spinache, if desored)1/4 cup diced green bell peppers1/4 cup diced red bell peppers1/4 cup onion diced1/2 cup shredded Mozerella cheese
Directions
preheat oven to 375

In a medium bowl, wisk eggs,
add all ingredients except cheese and wisk together. Pour into oven safe baking dish. Cook
30-40 minutes until just done.
Add cheese and cook until melted (about 2-3 minutes)

serves 6.

Can be frozen in single servings and reheated in microwave. Keeps for about 2 weeks in the freezer.
