Garlic Spinach & Tomatoe Shrimp w/ Pasta

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Pasta (6 servings)28 oz Shrimp (Peeled & Devined)2 Tbls Olive Oil1 Clove of Garlic (large)1/2 Cup Chopped Onion10 oz of Fresh Spinach1/2 Cup Parmesean Cheese1 Tomatoe (diced)1/2 Cup Cilantro
Directions
Cook Pasta according to instructions and set aside.
Heat 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
Add chopped garlic and onion and cook until tender
Add Shrimp (rinse and cut tails off first) - Saute shrimp in garlic & onion until cooked
Remove shrimp from pan and put in dish for later.
Add fresh spinace to liquid mixture and cook down.
Add chopped tomatoes the last minute
Pour spinach/tomatoes and liquid on shrimp
Add 1/2 Cup Parmesean Cheese
Add 1/2 Cup of Cilantro (chopped)
Mix all
Spoon Garlic, Spinach & Tomatoe Shrimp over pasta
