Cooking Spray like PAM1 1/2 C. Whole Wheat Flour1/2 C. All-Purpose Flour2 tsp. Baking Powder1 tsp. Morton Light Salt1 C. SPLENDA Brown Sugar Blend1 C. Egg Beaters1 1/2 C. Oats (Not Instant)1 1/2 C. Nature's Path Flaxplus Granola1/4 C. Dried Cherries1/4 C. Craisins1/4 C. Golden Raisins1/4 C. Raisins1 C. Un-Sweetened Coconut
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 13x9 inch "cookie sheet" with PAM and sprinkle 2 TB of Whole Wheat Flour to dust the sheet.
Lightly spoon 1 1/2 Cups of Whole Wheat Flour and 1/2 Cup of All-Purpose flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flours with Baking Powder and Salt into a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.
Combine Splenda Brown Sugar, Canola oil, Unsweetened Applesauce, Milk and Egg Beaters in a large bowl; beat at high speed of a mixer until smooth. Add the flour mixture, beating at low speed until blended. fold in Granola, Oats, Dried Cherries, Raisins, Craisins, Golden Raisins and Unsweetened Coconut (Do NOT use sweetened Coconut, as it is high in calories).
Spoon batter into preparation pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 35 minutes or until golden.
Cool on a wire rack. Cut when cool and wrap in saran wrap to enjoy later.
