Turkey Bacon Breakfast Burrito

1 slice turkey bacon3 egg whites or 3/4 cup egg substitute1/4 cup low fat shredded cheese1 small tomato1 whole wheat tortilla (8" diameter)
dice bacon and cook in pan add tomatoes when the bacon is just about done. Just enough time to warm the tomatoes. remove and set aside, cook eggs, remove them. Place the tortilla in the pan and cook about 30 seconds on each side to warm. Assemble and eat!
