1 cup milk (I used 1%)1/2 med. banana1/2 cup frozen mixed berries1/2 tsp vanilla extract1 scoop unflavored vegetarian protein powder (or whatever you have on hand. adjust calories accordingly)sweetener, if desired
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender on high and mix until smooth.
