Apple and Carrot Salad

Ingredients
1/4 cup Hellman's Light Mayonnaise1 tablespoon cider vinegar 1 packet artificial sweetener (non-caloric such as splenda) 2 cups cored and diced apples 2 cups matchstick cut carrots 1 stalk celery, finely chopped 1/3 cup raisins
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Cover and chill in refrigerater.

Each serving is aproximately one cup.
