    I have such a hard time to get my 2 year old to eat. But both my husband and daughter loved this meal! It was quick and easy. I used olive oil instead of butter to cut calories and the noodles stuck together. Next time I will probably use a little butter. - 7/12/11

    I have found that you can go half butter and half olive oil without having the noodles stick together so much. I'm glad you enjoyed this recipe.
