Mushroom & cheese quesadillas

8 corn tortillas4 tbsp of cooking oil2 cups of mushrooms (cut each mushroom in 4 slices).2 tsp of fresh cilantro1 tbsp of chopped onionssalt 1 pinch or a dash.1 tsp of knorr chicken bouillion
Makes 8 quesadillas.
on a pan add 2 tablespoons of oil, let it heat add onions,mushrooms,cilantro, a pinch salt and knorr. let fry for about 5 minutes or untill mushrooms come soft and brown. stir ocasionaly.
warm up tortillas on a pan , comal or microwave.
on a frying pan add the a little oil.
Get a tortilla add a about 1 oz of cheese add 2 tablespoon of mushrooms, close tortilla and fry both sides until tortilla comes brown.
