Salmon Quiche

Ingredients
1 basic pie crust1/2 cup - 5 oz part skim mozz cheese6 oz (1 can) salmonasparagus spears (I used 8)1/2 cup - 3/4 cup nonfat milk5 egg whitessalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Sprinkle mozz cheese into pie crust. Layer rest of ingredients into crust on top of cheese. Bake quiche approx 40 minutes, or until set.
