Whole Wheat Pizza with Italian Sausage

Crust:2/3 cup water2 Tbsp olive oil3/8 tsp salt1 cup all-purpose flour1 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp yeastToppings:1 1/2 cups pizza sauce (I don't use that much)1 1/2 cups part skim shredded mozzarella1 Tbsp olive oil1 tsp oregano1 link of italian sausage (casing removed, browned & crumbled)
Place crust ingredients in bread machine in order given. Make dough in bread machine following machine instructions.
Preheat oven to 450.
Brush baking pan (or pizza pan) with 1/2 Tbsp olive oil. Roll out dough and place on pan. Brush entire crust with remaining olive oil. Spread sauce. Top with cheese, oregano, & sausage.
Bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 8 slices (on a pizza pan)
