I was skeptical since I hate cauliflower. While it was disgusting when the cauliflower was cooking (stinks to high heaven) the end result was really good with no taste of cauliflower after it is done. Both my husband and I liked it and I will make it again. - 1/20/13

This is great...I made without the bacon...but delish and I would certainly make it again. After having it at my house, my mother who does not follow low carb made it for a family gathering. For me its a keeper! - 4/26/10

This was very good... I made it as prepared, except I substituted dried chives for the green onions and used ranch veggie dip (sour cream based) that I had leftover from a party b/c I didn't have any regular sour cream - 3/15/13

Interesting, I have always made this with cream cheese instead of sour cream. I will have to try this version! - 9/16/10

This is very good. I toned down a litle with low fat sour cream and probably only half the cheese (i used velveeta). This also probably makes more like five servings. It is very yummy. - 1/13/10

This is not potatoes...but it is delicious! I suggest adding some garlic for flavor and I went a little too light with the salt. Definitely will make again! - 3/5/18

LOVE IT! We are eating low carb and this was one of the first side dishes I made. My husband is super picky and he could not tell that it was not potatoes. Followed the recipe closely except I boiled the cauliflower on the stovetop. and added butter. Great recipe! - 7/29/16

This looks great, but you forgot anything to do with potatoes...not mentioned anywhere in the recipe except in its title! What gives, baby? - 8/1/13

I thought it was great; hubby thought it was OK. I did use real bacon bits vs. frying bacon and I didn't have green onions so I used sweet onion sautéed in a bit of olive oil to bring out more flavor. I made 4 servings out of this easily. - 3/21/13
